Why isn't a monthly subscription mandatory?
Design work is seasonal. You don't pay for months you don't use; during a busy project you can add credits on top of your package and keep going.
Do my credits expire?
Purchased extra credits are independent of the monthly package and are not removed when the package renews.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The monthly package ends at the end of the period, and you can use your remaining allowance for that period throughout its duration.
How does invoicing and VAT work?
An invoice is sent to your email after purchase. VAT is shown separately on the payment screen.
How long are generated images stored?
Refined sketches and reports are stored for 24 hours. You need to download them within this time; the storage period is shown on the project screen.
